New Mexico Outdoor is working on it's Activity Schedule for Spring 2009! Also certain Policies that are, most of all, common sense but necessary to insure that our Guests are happy with our service and come back for many returns! Many of the Activities that will be conducted at New Mexico Outdoor are considered very strenuous and therefore a participant who signs up for said activities (Tennis, Hiking, Biking or Skiing) are thought by us to be in a physical condition to participate in such activities and that furthermore ..any person who enrolls in these activities will hold New Mexico Outdoor Adventures, it’s employees and contractors harmless in case of accidental injury, sickness or death as a result of their participation. It must also be VERY clear that it 6,400 feet, New Mexico Outdoor Adventures shall be considered high altitude and that one must acclimate themselves to this height above sea level before participating in strenuous activities of any kind and that a thorough examination by a physician is highly recommended and following the advice of your physician with regard to high altitude activities is the sole responsibility of the participant signing up for said activities and not that of New Mexico Outdoor Adventures. Conditions of Guest House Rental: New Mexico Outdoor maintains a Luxury Guest Rancher for it’s guests. If you would like to spend a week with us on our mesa in the New Mexico High Desert please click Add To Cart and pay the $250.00 deposit by Credit Card. If you would like to fly into Albuquerque on Sunday (day-day negotiable) , Rent a Car with directions to the Guest House, Maintain the Guest House as if it were your own, make your own way ..and check out Saturday after inspection of the property ..then the additional $750. is due within 2 weeks of your deposit and agreement to these policies. Your $250 deposit will be refunded barring any damage to our smoke free property! If you make a deposit and decide for any reason that you do not want to follow through with the rental..your $250.00 deposit will be refunded..no questions asked…BUT WITHIN 7 DAYS of your commitment. Signups for activities and services can be made at any time before rental begins but all fees must be paid in advance for all participants on this site by clicking Add To Cart and all participants over 18 years of age must copy these policies and paste them into an e-mail to Policies@NewMexicoOutdoor.com  and agree to said policies before participation of activities at New Mexico Outdoor Adventures. Although we get nearly 300 days of sunshine on our mesa ..it is furthermore understood that we are not in control of the weather and that should activities have to be cancelled or postponed ..that there shall be no make-ups, refunds, transfers or exchanges for said activities. New Mexico Outdoor Adventures will provide transportation to and from the airport at Albuquerque on the basic plan with transportation added and 3 excursions for activities or provisions not to exceed 25 miles to and from for an additional $250. All Activity and Service related stays INCLUDE transportation to and from the airport at Albuquerque and to and from the chosen Activities on a Monday thru Friday basis ..including 2 provision excursions not to exceed 10 miles to and from. Any fees collected by local, state, municipal or private business (ex: Lift Tickets) not included. Equipment rental not included. Since our relative expenses amount to approx $750.00 per week on the house..should your party have to cancel ..and with a minimum of 1 week notice before you'd occupy the house..it is mutually agreed that we will refund all but $750.00.
