Bike & Build

July 3-4, 2012

We hosted the kids with BikeandBuild,org on the night of July 3rd 2012 here at NMO. It was a lifetime experience FOR US, in order to vicariously experience their experience of crossing the country in support of Low & Moderate income housing!

From East Coast to West Coast by a very precise schedule!

For years now, we've watched these kids ride their road bike past us on Hwy 84 headed from Santa Fe and thru Abiquiu to Cuba ..and on to Farmington and way..way beyond!

It's amazing how many marathon type events pass here, almost as if this exact spot..way out in the boonies represents exactly what the organizers envision as marathon!
